Photo Delivery

Final edited images will be delivered within 24–72 hours after the session, unless otherwise communicated.

Booking & Deposit Policy

A 50% non-refundable deposit (half of the total session price) is required for all services to secure and hold your session date and time. This deposit also serves as a cancellation fee and will be applied toward the total balance of the session.

Failure to pay the required deposit will result in the session not being confirmed.

Payment Policy

All remaining balances must be paid in full prior to the start of the scheduled session.

Accepted payment methods include:

• Cash

• Venmo - @NiaK27

• Cash App - $NiaKristen27

• Check - Made out to Nia Brown 

If paying by check, the check must clear prior to the day of the shoot in order for the session to proceed.

For cash payments, the deposit must be dropped off within 24 hours of booking. If the deposit is not received within this timeframe, the appointment will be canceled and must be rebooked through the website.

The remaining balance is due on the day of the shoot before or at the start of the session.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

All deposits are non-refundable.

If a client cancels a session, the deposit will not be returned.

If a client needs to reschedule, notice must be given 48–72 hours prior to the scheduled session. In this case, the deposit may be transferred to a new agreed-upon date, confirmed in writing by both the client and Nia Kristen Photography™.

All cancellations and rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing via text or email to 901-238-1567. Phone calls are not accepted for changes or cancellations.

No-Show & Late Policy

Clients are given a 5-minute grace period for late arrival. After this time, the session time will begin to be reduced accordingly.

If a client arrives 15 minutes or more late without prior notice, the session will be considered a no-show and will be automatically canceled. The deposit will not be refunded, and no rescheduling will be offered.

Location & Travel Policy

Nia Kristen Photography is based in Collierville, Tennessee.

All session locations must be within 40 minutes of Collierville, Tennessee.

Locations more than 30 minutes away will include a $15 travel fee.

Weather Policy

In the event of inclement weather, the photographer and client will mutually decide whether the session should be rescheduled. If rescheduling is necessary, the deposit will be transferred to a new agreed-upon date.

Editing & Social Media Policy

All edited images represent the work and style of Nia Kristen Photography.

Clients may not alter, edit, filter, or otherwise modify any delivered images when posting to social media.

This includes but is not limited to filters, color changes, cropping that alters composition, or any additional editing.

All images posted publicly must remain in their original edited form.

Credit & Usage

The client agrees to properly credit Nia Kristen Photography when posting images on any social media platform, including but not limited to Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter (X), or any other platform.

Ownership

All photographs taken by Nia Kristen Photography remain the intellectual property of the photographer.

Clients receive personal use rights only, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients may not sell, distribute, or claim ownership of any images created by Nia Kristen Photography.

The photographer retains the right to use images for portfolio, marketing, website, and social media purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Client Cooperation

The client agrees to cooperate during the session, including but not limited to posing, following direction, and assisting in achieving the desired outcome of the shoot.

The photographer is not responsible for missed shots, limited results, or reduced quality caused by lack of cooperation, interference, or behavior of individuals present at the session.

The photographer reserves the right to end a session without refund if behavior disrupts the shoot or prevents successful completion of services.

Injuries & Liability

By participating in a photography session with Nia Kristen Photography, the client acknowledges and agrees that they are participating voluntarily and at their own risk.

Nia Kristen Photography is not responsible or liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur before, during, or after the photography session. This includes, but is not limited to, injuries caused by locations, poses, movement, or participation in the shoot.

The client is responsible for their own safety and the safety of any additional individuals present during the session. The photographer is not liable for any injuries sustained by clients, guests, or third parties during the session.

By booking a session, the client agrees to release and hold harmless Nia Kristen Brown and Nia Kristen Photography from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages related to participation in the photography session.
